You need more than a good idea
You may be shaping a project, reviewing a service or deciding where to invest limited time and money.
Global Waste Lab helps you understand what will work in your context, test the assumptions behind it and move forward with confidence.
Start with what you need
When you need a clearer view
You may be weighing up an investment, deciding whether a project is ready to scale or trying to understand what is holding progress back.
Global Waste Lab gives you an independent view of the whole system, so you can test assumptions, compare options and make decisions you can stand behind.
The Resilience Review turns that whole-system view into something practical – showing where your project is already strong, where attention may be needed and what to prioritise next.
Experience across policy, projects and delivery
Global Waste Lab is led by Zoë Lenkiewicz, an internationally recognised waste management specialist with more than 20 years’ experience across policy, project design, training and delivery.
Zoë was lead author of two major United Nations waste reports and is a Chartered Waste Manager and Fellow of CIWM.
Her work spans United Nations agencies, local authorities, professional bodies, universities, NGOs and practical waste initiatives.
“During our mission to The Gambia, I saw how quickly Zoë could understand the context and adapt solutions to it. She motivated our team to use resources effectively and helped us move things forward.”
